Ala. Code § 45-57A-63.84: Public Hearing on Budget Proposal.

At 7:00 p.m. on the date advertised, or at any night to which the public hearing shall from time to time be adjourned, the council shall hold a public hearing on the budget proposal, at which all interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard, for or against the estimates or any item thereof.
