Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the boundary lines of the Community West Fire and Rescue District in Shelby County, established pursuant to Part 1, are altered, rearranged, and extended to include within the boundaries of the district, in addition to the lands now included, all of the following territory:

Begin at the intersection of the N line of § 17 and the E right-of-way line of Shelby County Highway 17 (Dogwood Road); run thence E to the old creek bed of McHenry Creek; thence run southerly along creek 680 feet; run thence W to the E right-of-way line of County Highway 17 (Dogwood Road); thence run N to Point of Beginning. Contains 6.2 acres. All located in § 17, Twp 22S, R3W. Property tax parcel ID#27 4 17 0 000 003.01.

Begin at the intersection of the E right-of-way of Shelby County Highway 17 (Dogwood Road) and N line of the SE 1 ⁄4 of the NW 1 ⁄4 ; thence run N 125.26 feet; thence run E 426.75 feet; thence run S 81.16 feet; thence run SW 277.03 feet; thence run S 98.75 feet; thence run W 212.09 feet; thence run N 154.83 feet to the Point of Beginning. Contains 1.73 acres. Property tax parcel ID#27 4 17 0 000 003.03.
