Any person released under Section 45–58–233.01, Section 45–58–233.02, or Section 45–58–233.04, or ordered confined under Section 45–58–233.03, who willfully fails to report for confinement as ordered shall be deemed to have escaped from the institution to which the person has been sentenced, and, upon conviction, shall be subject to the punishment provided for escape therefrom.
