Ala. Code § 45-58-72.25: Construction with Other Laws and Rules.

Nothing in this subpart shall be construed as abrogating or otherwise affecting the power of any state department or agency to adopt regulations, make inspections, or approve plans in accordance with any other applicable provisions of law not in conflict with the provisions herein.
