Ala. Code § 45-59-100.41: Expense Allowance.

In St. Clair County, the county superintendent of education shall be entitled to such expense allowance as the county board of education may prescribe from time to time. The expense allowance shall be in lieu of any other expense allowance heretofore provided by law.
