Ala. Code § 45-59-71.01: Additional Expense Allowance of County Commissioners.

(a) Effective beginning at the next term of office after August 1, 2020, each County Commissioner of St. Clair County shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance in the amount of three hundred dollars ($300) per month, which shall be in addition to all other expense allowances, compensation, or salary provided by law.

(b) The expense allowance provided by this section shall be payable monthly from the general fund of the county.
