Ala. Code § 9-11-522: Enforcement of Game and Fish Laws and Rules on Registered Deer Enclosures.

Duly authorized agents of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, game wardens, and other law enforcement officers authorized to enforce game and fish laws may enforce all game and fish laws and rules on all registered deer enclosures and may enter and inspect registered enclosures.
