Ala. Code § 9-2-28: “Game and Fish Wardens” Deemed “Conservation Officers.”

Whenever the terms “game and fish warden” or “game and fish wardens” appear in this title, the terms shall mean and refer to conservation officers appointed by the Commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
