Ark. Code Ann. § 12-15-207: Eligibility to carry concealed handgun - Current or former judge or justice

(a) A concealed handgun may be carried by a current or former district court judge, circuit court judge, Court of Appeals judge, or Supreme Court justice who: (1) Is not otherwise prohibited under federal law from receiving or possessing a firearm; and (2) Is not under the influence of or consuming alcohol or another intoxicating or hallucinatory drug or substance. (b) A current or former district court judge, circuit court judge, Court of Appeals judge, or Supreme Court justice carrying a concealed handgun under this section is not subject to the prohibitions and limitations of § 5-73-306 .
