(a) (1) Military reservation police officers shall be identified by a shield or badge bearing the name of the military reservation and the words "police officer". (2) The shield or badge shall be conspicuously worn when the police officer is on duty. (b) The police officer's authorization shall be further evidenced by a certificate of appointment issued by the Adjutant General and carried on his or her person at all times when on duty.
