Ark. Code Ann. § 12-63-411: State Military Lake - Stocking

(a) As used in this section, "state military lake" means a lake: (1) Located on Robinson Maneuver Training Center; and (2) Owned by the State of Arkansas. (b) (1) The Department of the Military may stock a state military lake with fish each year for a special event by using: (A) The funds maintained in the Camp Robinson Public Fund; and (B) Rental income. (2) However, the department shall not use the state's general revenue to stock a state military lake under subdivision (b)(1) of this section. Added by Act 2023, No. 284,§ 19, eff. 7/1/2023. The act states Arkansas Code Title 12, Chapter 63, Subchapter 4, is amended to add an additional section to codify special language in appropriation acts, but the section was enacted without a number.
