Ark. Code Ann. § 14-14-116: Publication statement - Newspaper

(a) A required publication made by a county in a newspaper shall include the statement "This publication was paid for by" and shall: (1) Identify the county entity responsible for payment of the publication; (2) Identify the office within the county entity responsible for payment of the publication; and (3) Disclose the amount paid for the publication. (b) The statement and information required under subsection (a) of this section shall be: (1) Provided by the county; and (2) Printed in the same font size as the required publication. (c) This section applies to notices required to be published under §§ 14-14-104 , 14-14-105 , 14-14-905 , 14-14-917 , 14-16-105 , 14-16-106 , 14-21-102 , 14-22-101 , 22-9-203 , 26-36-203 , 26-37-102 , and 26-37-107 .
