Ark. Code Ann. § 14-164-818: Applicability

This subchapter: (1) Applies only to municipalities and counties; and (2) Does not apply to the following governmental units: (A) The state and any agency, board, commission, or instrumentality of the state; (B) A school district; or (C) A special assessment or taxing district established under the laws of the state.
