Ark. Code Ann. § 14-23-206: Approval or disapproval by county court

(a) (1) The county clerk shall not present a claim later than fifteen (15) days, holidays excepted, from the date on which the claim is received and recorded. Within thirty (30) days from the date on which the claim is presented to the court, the court shall enter an order approving or disapproving the claim. (2) The action of the court and the date thereof shall be entered in the appropriate journal in which the claim is recorded. (b) The court shall consider each claim covered by this subchapter in the order in which it appears in the journal being considered. The county court shall not proceed to consider any claim bearing a subsequent number in the journal until an order of approval or disapproval of all preceding numbered claims has been entered. (c) Any person aggrieved by the order of the court concerning any claim may appeal from the order in the manner provided by law for appeals from orders of the county court. (b) The court shall consider each claim covered by this subchapter in the order in which it appears in the journal being considered. The county court shall not proceed to consider any claim bearing a subsequent number in the journal until an order of approval or disapproval of all preceding numbered claims has been entered.

(c) Any person aggrieved by the order of the court concerning any claim may appeal from the order in the manner provided by law for appeals from orders of the county court.
