(a) (1) The viewers shall report what width the road should be to promote public convenience. (2) However, the county courts shall have power to determine what shall be the width of each road in their respective counties. (b) The presumed width of a public road shall be fifty feet (50'), providing a minimum of twenty-five feet (25') of right-of-way on either side of the center line.
