Ark. Code Ann. § 14-90-1408: Publication of notice

(a) (1) The warning order or notice of the pendency of a suit under this subchapter shall be given by publication weekly for two (2) weeks before judgment is entered for the sale of the lands, lots, blocks, or parcels of land, or railroad tracks and rights-of-way in some newspaper published in the county where the suits may be pending. (2) The warning order or notice may be in the following terms: Click here to view form. (b) The service by notice as provided in this section shall be just as effective and binding on the property as though service was had under § 14-90-1003 .
