Ark. Code Ann. § 15-75-318: Fees - Times payable

(a) All fees for permits as classified in §§ 15-75-307 - 15-75-316 are payable on or before January 1 each year.

(b) All fees for inspection must be paid not later than thirty (30) days after inspections are made.
