Ark. Code Ann. § 16-123-310: Discrimination in sale or rental of housing

(a) Because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin a person shall not: (1) Refuse to sell or rent a dwelling to a person who has made a bona fide offer; (2) Refuse to negotiate for the sale or rental of a dwelling; or (3) Otherwise make unavailable or deny a dwelling to any person. (b) A person shall not discriminate against any person in the terms, conditions, or privileges of sale or rental of a dwelling or in providing services or facilities in connection with the sale or rental because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin. (a) Because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin a person shall not: (1) Refuse to sell or rent a dwelling to a person who has made a bona fide offer; (2) Refuse to negotiate for the sale or rental of a dwelling; or (3) Otherwise make unavailable or deny a dwelling to any person.
