Ark. Code Ann. § 16-13-1102: Terms of court

The terms of court in each county in the Third Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below: (1) Jackson County: On the second Monday after the fourth Monday in August and the second Monday after the third Monday in January; (2) (A) In the Western District of Lawrence County: On the fourth Monday in August and the third Monday in January; (B) In the Eastern District of Lawrence County: On the sixth Monday after the fourth Monday in August and the seventh Monday after the third Monday in January; (3) Randolph County: On the third Mondays in January and July; (4) Sharp County: On the first Monday in January and the second Monday in July.
