Ark. Code Ann. § 16-13-1302: Terms of court

The terms of court for the circuit court of the Fifth Judicial District shall begin on the following days: (1) (A) Franklin County, Charleston District: On the first Mondays in February and September; and (B) Franklin County, Ozark District: On the third Mondays in February and September; (2) Johnson County: On the first Mondays in March and October; and (3) Pope County: On the first Mondays in April and November. The terms of court for the circuit court of the Fifth Judicial District shall begin on the following days:
