Ark. Code Ann. § 16-13-2302: Terms of court

The terms of court in each county in the Fifteenth Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below: (1) Conway County: On the first Monday in March and the first Monday in October; (2) (A) In the Southern District of Logan County: On the third Mondays in April and October; (B) In the Northern District of Logan County: On the first Mondays in January and August; (3) Scott County: On the first Mondays in May and November; (4) (A) In the Danville District of Yell County: On the third Monday in January and the third Monday in August; (B) In the Dardanelle District of Yell County: On the third Monday in February and the third Monday in September.
