Ark. Code Ann. § 16-13-712: Judicial Fine Collection Enhancement Fund

(a) There is hereby created on the books of the Treasurer of State the "Judicial Fine Collection Enhancement Fund", into which the time-payment fees established by § 16-13-704 shall be deposited. (b) (1) From the revenues deposited into the fund, the Administrative Office of the Courts shall purchase computer hardware to make available to entities designated in § 16-13-709 and responsible for fine collection in each county in order to assist with the assessment, collection, and reporting of fines. (2) The Administrative Office of the Courts shall also purchase or develop computer software to provide for the uniform assessment, collection, management, and reporting of fines.
