Ark. Code Ann. § 16-17-925: Sharp County District Court

(a) (1) Sharp County shall have one (1) district court with two (2) departments: (A) One (1) located in Ash Flat; and (B) One (1) located in Cherokee Village. (2) Both departments are to be served by (1) judge. (b) The Sharp County District Court Judge shall be elected countywide. (c) The Sharp County District Court shall have countywide jurisdiction. Amended by Act 2017, No. 723,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017. Acts 2005, No. 72, § 5.
