Ark. Code Ann. § 16-17-938: Columbia County District Court

(a) (1) Columbia County shall have one (1) district court with two (2) departments: (A) One (1) located in Magnolia; and (B) One (1) located in Waldo. (2) Both departments are to be served by one (1) judge. (b) The Columbia County District Court Judge shall be elected countywide. (c) The Columbia County District Court shall have countywide jurisdiction. Amended by Act 2017, No. 723,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017. Acts 2007, No. 663, § 51.
