(a) Under this chapter, a licensee involved in independent private practice with the public shall: (1) Display his or her license; and (2) Immediately notify clients if his or her license expires without renewal or is suspended or revoked. (b) Under this chapter, a licensee whose license expires without renewal or is suspended or revoked shall immediately: (1) Notify his or her employer, employees, and partners that he or she is no longer licensed; and (2) Remove from public display his or her license certificate and license card.
