Ark. Code Ann. § 17-26-605: No criminal liability

This subchapter does not create any liability, criminal or otherwise, for a person under eighteen (18) years of age for undergoing body art.

This section was enacted as §17-6-605, but has been codified as §17-26-605 to reflect the apparent intent of the legislature.
