(a) (1) A person shall not perform or offer to perform, either directly or indirectly, landscape architectural services or assume or use the title or designation of "landscape architect" unless the person has secured from the Arkansas State Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers a license as a landscape architect under this subchapter and shall thereafter comply with the provisions of this chapter and § 17-15-201 et seq. (2) It is the purpose of this chapter to safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of the public. (b) Every holder shall display the license or permit in a conspicuous place.
