(a) (1) The Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy may provide up to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per year to the committee for the program. (2) The board may provide to the committee at any time the moneys authorized under subdivision (a)(1) of this section. (b) Documentation of the use of these funds shall be provided quarterly to the board for review and comment. Acts 1991, No. 741, § 7; 2009, No. 355, § 7.
