Ark. Code Ann. § 19-5-1099: Breast Cancer Control Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Breast Cancer Control Fund". (b) (1) The fund shall consist of that portion set out in § 26-57-1106 of those special revenues specified in § 19-6-301 (192), that portion of those special revenues specified in § 19-6-301 (201), and those general revenues provided by law. (2) The fund shall be used exclusively for those purposes set out in § 20-15-1304 and, at the option of the Department of Health and in amounts not to exceed that appropriated by the General Assembly for such purposes, for cervical cancer.
