Ark. Code Ann. § 19-5-1153: Arkansas Firefighter Cancer Relief Network Trust Fund

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the "Arkansas Firefighter Cancer Relief Network Trust Fund". (b) (1) The State Insurance Department shall deposit into the State Treasury one hundred percent (100%) of the moneys collected under § 21-5-110 to the credit of the fund. (2) The fund shall consist of funds donated under § 21-5-110 and any other moneys as may be provided by law. (c) The fund shall be used for providing funds for relief for firefighters who are diagnosed with cancer and participating in a firefighter cancer relief network under § 21-5-110 .
