(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the "Specialty Court Program Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of the specialty court program user fees under § 16-10-701 and any other moneys provided by law. (c) The fund shall be used exclusively for: (1) Treatment services provided by the Department of Community Correction as defined by and distributed under § 16-98-305(1)(E) ; (2) Treatment services provided by the Department of Human Services as defined by and distributed under § 16-98-305(2)(C) ; (3) The cost of the evaluation of specialty court programs by the Specialty Court Program Advisory Committee as required under § 16-10-139 ; and (4) Drug and mental health crisis intervention centers.
