Ark. Code Ann. § 19-6-838: Domestic Violence Shelter Fund

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the "Domestic Violence Shelter Fund". (b) The fund shall be used to provide funding for statewide grants awarded to a statewide domestic violence entity under the Arkansas Domestic Violence Shelter Act, § 9-6-101 et seq. (c) The fund shall consist of: (1) The special revenues collected under § 9-15-202(d) and § 16-10-305(h) ; (2) Moneys obtained from private grants or other sources that are designated to be credited to the fund; and (3) Any other revenues authorized by law.
