Ark. Code Ann. § 2-15-511: Grower reporting

(a) A grower shall report industrial hemp crop acreage with the United States Farm Service Agency and shall provide the following information: (1) The street address for each lot or greenhouse where industrial hemp will be produced; (2) To the extent practicable, the geospatial location for each lot or greenhouse where industrial hemp will be produced; (3) The acreage dedicated to the production of industrial hemp or greenhouse or indoor square footage dedicated to the production of industrial hemp; and (4) The license identifier. (b) If a grower operates in more than one (1) location, the information required under this section shall be provided for all production sites. Added by Act 2021, No. 565,§ 2, eff. 7/28/2021.

(b) If a grower operates in more than one (1) location, the information required under this section shall be provided for all production sites.
