Ark. Code Ann. § 2-17-401: Definitions

(a) As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Commissioner" means the Public Grain Warehouse Commissioner, who shall be the Director of the State Plant Board or his or her designated representative; (2) "License" means a license issued under § 2-17-201 et seq.; and (3) "Warehouse" means a public grain warehouse licensed under § 2-17-201 et seq. (b) All other terms in this subchapter shall have the same meaning as the same terms used in the Arkansas Public Grain Warehouse Law, § 2-17-201 et seq. Acts 1983, No. 342, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1343.
