Ark. Code Ann. § 2-19-411: Prohibited acts

It shall be a violation of this subchapter for any person to:

(1) Distribute a soil amendment that is not registered with the State Plant Board;

(2) Distribute a soil amendment that is not labeled;

(3) Distribute a soil amendment that is misbranded;

(4) Distribute a soil amendment that is adulterated;

(5) Fail to comply with a stop-sale, use, or removal order; or

(6) Fail to pay the inspection fee.
