Ark. Code Ann. § 2-20-705: Artificial propagation fee

(a) A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be assessed persons artificially propagating ginseng for sale.

(b) The fee will be assessed annually and will accompany the request for nursery certification.
