(a) All blood samples submitted for official equine infectious anemia tests must be accompanied by a properly completed VS Form 10-11 (Equine Infectious Anemia Laboratory Test Form) or other form prescribed by the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission. (b) Proof of a negative equine infectious anemia test may be demonstrated through presentation of: (1) The original test record document; (2) An official electronic copy, as defined by the commission; and (3) Other forms as may be prescribed by the commission.
