Ark. Code Ann. § 20-10-1603: Reporting and collection

(a) On the tenth day of the first full month following March 9, 2001, and on the tenth day of each month thereafter, each nursing facility shall file a report with the Division of Medical Services listing the patient days for the preceding month.

(b) The quality assurance fee shall be due and payable for the previous month by the thirtieth of each month.

(c) The payment of the quality assurance fee by the nursing facilities shall be reported as an allowable cost for Medicaid reimbursement purposes.
