Ark. Code Ann. § 20-10-809: Issuance of licenses

(a) (1) The Director of the Division of Health Facilities Services shall issue licenses for the operation of home healthcare services agencies which are found to comply with this subchapter and with the rules of the State Board of Health. (2) The director shall also issue licenses for the operation of subunits of a home healthcare services agency. (b) Licenses shall be issued to the entity and persons listed in the application for licensure and shall not be transferable. Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1885, eff. 7/24/2019.
