Ark. Code Ann. § 20-14-210: Gifts, grants, and donations

(a) The Governor's Commission on People with Disabilities may receive any gifts, grants, or donations made for any of the purposes of its program.

(b) The commission may disburse and administer the gifts, grants, and donations in accordance with the conditions established by the commission.
