Ark. Code Ann. § 20-27-1703: Arkansas Child Death Review Panel - Creation

(a) The Arkansas Child Death Review Panel is created within the Arkansas Child Abuse/Rape/Domestic Violence Commission. (b) The Arkansas Child Death Review Panel shall consist of the following members: (1) A representative from the State Medical Examiner's office; (2) A coroner who is registered with the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators; (3) A representative from the Arkansas Center for Health Statistics of the Department of Health; (4) A representative from the Crimes Against Children Division of the Department of Arkansas State Police; (5) A representative from the Division of Children and Family Services of the Department of Human Services; (6) A representative from the Arkansas Child Abuse/Rape/Domestic Violence Commission; (7) A physician who specializes in child abuse; (8) A representative from the College of Public Health of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences; (9) A representative from the office of the Prosecutor Coordinator; and (10) Any other individuals the Arkansas Child Death Review Panel determines are necessary for a review. (a) The Arkansas Child Death Review Panel is created within the Arkansas Child Abuse/Rape/Domestic Violence Commission.
