Ark. Code Ann. § 20-78-224: Child Care Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, the Child Care Fund, to be administered by the Division of Child Care and Early Childhood Education of the Department of Human Services.

(b) The division shall certify each month the amount of fees collected and deposited to the fund and shall transmit, from funds appropriated for the maintenance and operation of the division, an amount of money equal to one-half (1/2) of the fees transmitted to the Treasurer of State.
