(a) (1) A violation of this chapter by a licensed authorized organization is a violation punishable by a fine not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000). (2) A second or subsequent offense is a violation punishable by a fine not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000). (b) A person who conducts a game of bingo or a raffle without a license under this chapter shall be subject to the same penalties as provided under § 5-66-118 , concerning lotteries.
