Ark. Code Ann. § 23-115-211: Certain sections inapplicable

In addition to any provision of law expressly exempting the Office of the Arkansas Lottery, the following sections shall not apply to the office:

(1) Section 19-1-301 et seq.;

(2) Section 19-4-1802 ;

(3) Section 19-5-206 ;

(4) Section 22-9-103 ;

(5) Section 22-9-104 ; and

(6) Section 25-27-104 .
