Ark. Code Ann. § 23-48-1002: Amended certificate of authority

(a) A registered out-of-state bank shall apply for an amended certificate of authority from the Bank Commissioner if it changes: (1) The name of the bank; (2) The period of its duration; or (3) The state or country under which it is chartered. (b) The requirements of § 23-48-1001 for applying for an original certificate of authority shall also apply to applications for obtaining an amended certificate of authority hereunder. Acts 1997, No. 408, § 20.
