Ark. Code Ann. § 23-48-807: Persons attending terminals - Verification of transactions

(a) (1) Except for customer-bank communication terminals located on the premises of the main office or a branch of a bank, a customer-bank communication terminal shall be unattended or attended by persons not employed by the bank utilizing the customer-bank communication terminal. (2) However, employees or agents of the bank or its agents may install, maintain, repair, and service the terminal and, for a reasonable period of time after the opening of the terminal, may provide an employee to instruct and assist customers in the operation of the terminal. (b) All transactions initiated through a customer-bank communication terminal shall be subject to verification by the bank, either by direct wire transmission or otherwise. Acts 1997, No. 89, § 1.
