Ark. Code Ann. § 26-55-217: Distributor's license - Display required

(a) The license certificate issued by the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall be displayed conspicuously in the principal place of business of the distributor in the State of Arkansas.

(b) A certified duplicate copy of the license certificate shall be displayed conspicuously at each separate place of business of the distributor in the State of Arkansas. By appropriate language, the copy shall refer to and identify the agent of the distributor in charge of the separate place of business of the distributor.
