Ark. Code Ann. § 27-14-1304: Rules

(a) (1) The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall promulgate rules and prescribe forms for the proper enforcement of this subchapter. (2) The rules and forms shall be dated and issued under a systematic method of numbering. (b) (1) A complete file of all rules and forms shall be kept in the office of the secretary.
