(a) (1) The provisions of this subchapter shall be applicable and uniform throughout this state and in all political subdivisions and municipalities. (2) No local authority shall enact or enforce any ordinance, rule, or regulation in conflict with the provisions of this subchapter. (b) Local authorities may adopt additional traffic regulations which are not in conflict with the provisions of this subchapter. Acts 1959, No. 201, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1708.
