Ark. Code Ann. § 27-50-1007: Scheduling of hearings

Hearings shall be conducted in the county of residence of the driver requesting the hearing within forty-five (45) days from the date the hearing request is received by the Office of Driver Services unless another time and place is otherwise agreed to by the driver and the Office of Driver Services.
